You leave your room again, but this time you head for the kitchen. You're not one to wait until problems find you, you might as well face your UNCLE head on.

You continue down the hallway this time.

To your right is your intended target, the kitchen. To your left is the bathroom.

You can see your CRACKED PERSIAN JAVELIN on the table. It's a memento from when your PARENTS actually loved you, and your life wasn't crap.

You tried to burn it once but then you came to your senses and extinguished it before the fire consumed it.

You move your CRACKED PERSIAN JEVELIN to your strife specibus and take out the stick. You proceed to break the stick into pieces, turn on the oven and shove them inside it.

You rush back to your ROOM.

Strangely, the download is almost complete. You find this unnerving, it was clear that this download would take much more time.

Suddenly, the floor begins to shake and you fall off your chair.

You get up as fast as you can and look out the window. There is something out of place but you can't quite place what it is.

You right your chair then sit on it.

The download's finished, you open the folder and find two files.

After a minute of waiting, a window appears on your screen. It has a short text prompt:

You open pesterchum and check your chumroll, there's three online chums, you pester coronersApprentice.

You're worried about her. you make a mental note to ask her about the tremors as soon as possible.

You might as well try another chum, you pester aspiredClockworks.

When Airi attempts to connect to you, your computer screen seems to glitch out, the display filled with errors... it then goes black.

You stare dumbfounded "The fuck?" you say.

then it lights back up, random images and colours flash across the screen as a song begins to play:



An Image of Trees is displayed, and a man's voice says "TSUCHI"

An Image of Water is displayed, and a man's voice says "MIZU"

An Image of Lightning is displayed, and a man's voice says "RAI"

An Image of Wind is displayed, and a man's voice says "KAZE"

An Image of Fire is displayed, and a man's voice says "HI" (pronounced like hee)

The screen goes black, with symbols for the five elements arranged in a pentagon, with arrows pointing from each of them. the voice says "Renzoku no Yōso"

then the screen fades to your normal desktop, with the DOS Prompt having a new response line under the "waiting for server player" that says

You hurry out of your room and to the other side of the house. You enter the kitchen to see the stove in flames and the fire spreading onto the other appliances.

Who the fuck left this thing on!? Must have been that devil chicken!

You retrace your footsteps but turn at the hallway and go into the laundry to look for a bucket and some water. You open the door to find three pails. You fill them all with water then captchalogue them.

strangely none of the Fire Alarms have gone off... Your uncle must've forgotten to change the batteries again.

When you return to the kitchen, the fire has expanded massively. theres no way a few pails of water are going to put it out.

You captchalogue three receptacles and the water-filled pails go flying into the fire. A wet hiss is heard and now the room is flooded with the smell of burnst plastic. Motherfucking fantastic.

You rush back to your room to use your computer and tell your friends.
